Bookings are Saturday – Saturday, except in Low season when we may be more flexible.
Prices are for rental of the property including use of linen and towels (not for swimming).
In addition, there is a fixed cleaning and laundry charge of €100 for all lets.
For all lets other than Low season, prices include the cost of fuel. In the Low season, fuel consumed is charged at cost.
Prices are inclusive of local telephone calls to landlines.
Long lets are welcome – prices negotiable.
If paying by PayPal we will add 4% to your invoice total to cover PayPal’s charges.
Mas des Costes is let on a self-catering basis which means that our guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen after use – see our Terms & Conditions for more details. We ask you to respect this requirement or additional cleaning charges may be incurred.
We request a damages deposit of £200 (or €200 if paying in Euros), which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the rental.
A deposit of 25% of the full rental is required at the time of booking, with the balance plus damages deposit 8 weeks before the start of the rental. No booking is confirmed until we receive a completed booking form and deposit.
We accept payment either in British Pounds or in Euros.
We welcome long lets and are happy to negotiate a reduced rate depending on length of stay and time of year.
